Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, opened or used items are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
